If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items that are eligible for return up to 30 days from the purchase date (unless otherwise noted on a product page or in your order information online). We gladly accept unworn items with tags attached for return.
We do not cover the cost of returns unless otherwise stated.
You may choose to ship the item back on your own and receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item, or we'll send you a return shipping label and you will receive a refund in your original form of payment minus the return shipping charge.
All returns will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. Items indicated as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return a damaged or defective item?
If you believe your item is defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please be sure to include your order number, the name of the product, a detailed description of the issue, and a photo of the damage. All defective and damaged items are eligible for return. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, you will receive a refund of the full cost of the item
Refunds and exchanges are typically received within 2 - 3 weeks from the time that you mail them. Once we receive your return in our distribution center, please allow 2 business days for it to process.
Notification of Return/Exchange
Once your return is processed we'll send an email to notify you. If you've requested for an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances you have the choice of exchanging the item with another item of equal value or you can choose to receive a refund in the original form of payment.
Credit Card Refunds
A credit will post to your credit card account approximately two business days after the date we process your return, however, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement.
