1. How can I check on my order?
Please feel free to email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will reply with your order status.
2. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Most items are not reordered. You may contact us to check availability of an item.
3. Can I modify or adjust my order?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order up to 2 hours after you complete your purchase. Please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org for cancellation or exchange.
4. Do you have an ICONOFLASH catalog?
Iconoflash does not have a catalog. You may purchase Iconoflash products at Iconoflash.com. We should have our blog with complete lookbooks up and running soon!
5. How quickly do you ship?
We ship USPS or FedEx ground. Please allow 2 business days for processing and delivery time.
6. Is my credit card number and information secure?
Yes, our website is certified by VeriSign. We do not save your credit number in our system. All credit card transactions go through authorize.net. security policy.
7. How do I know what size to choose?
Please reference to the size chart.
8. How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and more. You can also pay by Shop Pay, Paypal, Venmo, Facebook Pay, Apple Pay, and Google checkout.
9. How can I return my merchandise?
View our Return Policy to see if your item(s) are applicable.
10. What if the merchandise is not in stock?
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.
11. What if I haven't received my order?
We ask you to check the tracking information that was provided for all of your order updates. If the tracking is stating the order has been delivered and you feel as though it has been lost or stolen, please contact your local carrier to file a claim. ICONOFLASH is not responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen.
12. What if my package was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address, ICONOFLASH is not responsible. We can either have this order re-shipped out to you for $4.99 with an updated valid address, or we can refund you for the order with a 15% restocking fee applied. Original shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
13.Why do you charge sales tax to California residents?
Because Iconoflash has a physical presence in California.

15. What's your shipping cost?
We charge flat rate shipping but offer free shipping on orders over $29 on Continental US Orders! International shipping through USPS is suspended due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions.
